today's psalm is very apt for this season of my life. so many times i allow myself to be consumed by the negative thoughts of my mind that i forget the goodness of God. that i sometimes just take it for granted. to say a thousand of times that i surrender myself to him yet taking my words back once again. what martin luther says is so true- to pray and let god worry. isnt that what surrendering really is actually?
